Real Italian Recipes
Italian cuisine traces its roots way back to the 4th century. It is influenced by ancient Greek, ancient Roman, Germanic, Byzantine, Gaelic, Etruscan, Norman, Arab and Jewish cuisines. It was only in the 18th century when Italy was introduced to tomatoes, bell peppers, maize and potatoes, which are now key ingredients in a well-defined Italian menu.

Different regions in Italy have their own Italian recipes to boast. One cannot separate cheese, wine, and espresso from Italy. Real Italian recipes patronized around the globe are evidences of a cuisine that has successfully tickled the palates of people all over the world.
Real Italian recipes comprise of pasta in a variety of shapes and sizes as well as sauces, processed meat such as salami, parma ham and prosciutto, vegetable dishes such as aubergines and courgettes topped with lots of yummy ricotta or mozzarella cheese, wonderfully brewed espresso shots served with some almond biscotti, and of course, the perfect dessert
